I received the rings today, much earlier than I was expecting. Let me just say that "stunningly beautiful" doesn't begin to do them justice! I love semi-bezel settings for their elegance and comfort, but I will admit that usually they take some of the brilliance of the stone. I received the package first thing this morning. WOW! They look incredible! I am very happy with the product and your unbelievable service. The timing worked out perfectly, as we are modest and ritual Valentine's Day celebrators. It works out that I got her a 'just-because-I-love-you' gift. I purchased the Classic 4 Prong Double Gallery Round Earrings, 1.25 ctw 2 x 5.5mm (0.63ct) 14K white gold with screw backs from your specials page. Delivery time amazed me, I ordered online on Saturday and had them in my hand on Tuesday morning, outstanding service, thank you. I am not familiar with screw back earrings I was a little apprehensive, but I had heard that it is a must for earrings such as these, I am so glad I purchased them this way. I just received my stone today. It is beautiful.. I quickly drove to my jeweller--I have been looking for a certain setting and just happened to stop by a jeweller that has a very good reputation. He is a designer. He couldn't believe that I paid so little for the stone well below his cost so I have been told. I am having it set and yes with the Moisonite tester it beeped. Thank you so much.

First of all, let me say that I was very nervous about making such a purchase over the internet without being able to actually see and pick out my stone. You made me more at ease with your supportive and informative emails. Well, I just received my stone, and I must say that it is exactly as I expected it to look! I immediately brought it down to my jeweler to have it set in a ring he is making for me and cannot wait until the ring is ready!! I could not believe the fire and brilliance that it showed. I am amazed that more people do not own a moissanite over a diamond. My husband and I never bought a diamond because we did not believe in what they stood for, plus the outrageous costs involved. When I discovered all of the information that was available regarding the moissanite, I was giddy with excitement. I am soooo amazed that anyone would choose a diamond over this amazing stone! We actually were in the market for a polar bear diamond because they are considered an "ethical diamond". But, no more! For us it is moissanite all the way! ( I cannot wait to get an anniversary band to wear with my new ring) So I will be ordering from you again!!!!!

First off I would like to talk about customer satisfaction. It is rare to be completely satisfied when ever making a purchase over the Internet. I was new to shopping on-line and definitely had some trouble along the way. However, a very nice woman from North Star Moissanite made my trouble disappear. I was able to shop for the merchandise that I wanted and was able to get the help that I deserved. Without North Star, I would probably still be shopping and would not be satisfied. Their customer service was unreal. At every turn and every bump along the way they were there to help and guide me. I am so happy that I chose North Star. The ring was amazing, the service was unbelievable and I think that missing out on an opportunity to buy from North Star is a regret you don't want!
